All eligible Alice members are invited to join us on August 12 to vote on the November 2024 General Election PAC recommendations. Additionally, Alice members will vote to ratify our new Transgender Policy Plank, which was approved by the Board. This policy plank reaffirms Alice's support for the Trans community in their fight for their rights.

The panel will focus on how the Bay Area Coaltion has become an integral part of the field operations of the Democratic Party, organizing volunteers to work on the key campaigns we need to re-elect Biden/Harris, retain the Democratic majorities in the Senate and reclaim the House in 2024. Panelists are Martha Knutzen, co-lead of the Bay Area Coalition, Ann Merrill, Co-Lead of San Francisco Swing Left and Natalie Burdick, Co-Lead of Sister District Project. On Sunday, June 23, 2024,  from 12 PM to 5 PM, Sunday Streets SF will host the Tenderloin Community Block Party, creating 2 blocks of car-free fun and recreation on Golden Gate Avenue between Jones and Hyde Streets for the whole family to enjoy. Alice will have a tent, come mingle with our Board members. We’ll have prizes!

Join United Democratic Club, Alice B. Toklas LGBTQ Democratic Club, SF YIMBY, Housing Action Coalition, Mission Housing and the Yes on A campaign for a canvass in the Excelsior neighborhood to talk to voters about the importance of passing Proposition A this coming March 5th election. 

We will gather at the Balboa Park BART Plaza at the corner of Geneva Ave and San Jose Ave at 12:30pm on Saturday 2/24. 

There will be training for all new canvassers who need to be trained and then we will hear briefly from Sam Moss of Mission Housing about the importance of passing Prop A. Then we will hit the doors and talk to voters!
